Refund requests submitted after 180 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for approval.

In most cases, returns may not be required. However, terra360° reserves the right to request additional information or return of the product before issuing a refund.

  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer

  • Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable

Refunds for Subscription or Recurring Orders

  • Refund requests must be made within 180 days of delivery
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Subscription renewals or future recurring orders after the first purchase may not qualify for the 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders before shipment. However, due to fast processing times, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Cancellation Fee

A $1.75 administrative fee may apply to cancelled orders requested before shipment. This fee helps cover payment processing and order handling costs.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@terra360.life as soon as possible.

Once verified, terra360° may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Return of the damaged item may not always be required.

Exchanges
